Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, cancellations for Live webinars must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Please note:
Refunds are not available for any format other than Live webinars. However, customers may request either a credit note for future use or an exchange for another product of equal value.

Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied. If you have questions about your refund eligibility, please reach out to our support team.


Refund Process

  • Webinar Cancellations by Sterling Webinars:
    If a Live webinar is cancelled by us for any reason, all registered attendees will receive an email notification and will be offered either a full refund or a store credit.

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    To cancel your order, please email cs@sterlingwebinars.com using the email address used during registration.
    Refunds apply only to Live webinars. For all other formats, customers may opt for a product exchange or credit note.

  • Account Termination Requests:
    If you wish to close your account with us, send a request to cs@sterlingwebinars.com. Account closure typically takes 3–4 business days to process.

  • Suspension or Termination by Sterling Webinars:
    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close user accounts at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines

 

Policy for Order Completion & Shipping Timelines

    • If you have ordered a digital download or transcript, you will receive an email with a download link within 2 business days.
    • If you’ve paid for the Live session, you’ll get the joining instructions two days before the webinar at the email address you provided for shipping on your order confirmation.
    • If you want to ensure you get our emails (which contain links to download your orders), please add cs@sterlingwebinars.com to your safe sender list.
