Dayna Reum is the Director of Payroll Operations at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the payroll industry. Starting her career as a payroll clerk in Tucson, Dayna advanced to become a Payroll Team Leader at Honeywell Inc., where she earned her FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) from the American Payroll Association and received multiple awards for customer service and her work in acquisitions and divestitures.
A seasoned educator, Dayna has presented at Metro Phoenix APA meetings and the Arizona State Payroll Conference, covering a range of topics including Payroll Basics, Multi-State and Local Taxation, Global Payroll, and Cultural Awareness. She holds a CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation and is actively involved with the National APA, contributing to the National Strategic Leadership Task Force and the Government Affairs Task Force (PA Local Tax Subcommittee). Dayna has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in HR best practices for hiring and firing.
