When will I receive the product that I ordered?

In case of Live Webinar: You will receive the link in your registered email to join it 24 hours prior to the event.

In case of Recording Webinar: You will receive the link of the recording in your registered email after 24 hours of the live webinar.

In case of Transcript: You will receive the link of the transcript in your registered email after 24 hours of the live webinar.

Where can I view my Invoice/receipt?

You will receive your invoice/receipt on your registered email. right after the purchase. If you have not you may check the spam/junk folder or email us on cs@sterlingwebinars.com.

How can I request for the refund?

In case of Live webinar: Participants can withdraw from a live virtual webinar by submitting a cancellation request no later than 72 hours before the event begins. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will not qualify for a refund or cancellation. All approved cancellations will incur a $30 processing fee. We strongly encourage notifying us as early as possible if you are unable to participate.

Recording or Transcript: No refund shall be applicable once sent to your registered email address.

Note: In the event that Sterling Webinars cancels a session due to technical difficulties, a full refund will be provided.
If participants do not receive their login credentials, they are required to report the issue at least 24 hours before the event begins. Refunds will not be granted for issues reported after this timeframe.

Can I download the recorded webinar?

Yes, all form of digital product is downloadable.
